CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

1. Any event booking is fully refundable up to 7 DAYS before the first day of the event.

2. Cancellations made by a client within 7 days of the event will be subject to a £100 cancellation fee.

3. In the event of an emergency that prevents attendance please contact karen@kzwassociates.com.

4. If KCKD needs to cancel the event for any reason you will receive a full refund.

5. It is possible, by agreement, to transfer your fee to a future event in full to void the cancellation fee.
